Purpose
The specific purpose of this Corporation is to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation is dedicated to igniting hope, sparking creativity, and transforming lives through the power of music and art. Activities include, but are not limited to, providing access to musical instruments, arts education, mentorship, and performance opportunities to individuals overcoming adversity, including those impacted by financial hardship, illness, trauma, autism or other life challenges.
